Our Return & Refund Policy
We offer 90 days from date of invoice replacement guarantee against faulty machines.
To be eligible for a full new replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, without outside damages, we would require pictures of the outside.
To start a replacement, you can contact us at return@oriental-banktech.com . If your replacement is accepted, we’ll immediately send you a new machine.
You can always contact us for any return / replacement question.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to fully inspect the machine upon receipt, if found faulty we will send a replacement free of charge to you.
Refunds
For various reason we can not issue refunds, what we can do is to fully exchange any faulty goods with new without further cost to you.
In most cases we would require pictures or a video of the faulty machine, and once satisfied we will immediately dispatch a new replacement without any cost to you, after you receive the replacement machine, we will send you a shipping label to send the faulty machine back.
